A site without accounts

The Travelling Techie is a static website, published by Salim Damien Le Bihan in Montréal. No account is needed to read the analyses, the courses or the experiments.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising tracker and no social media pixel. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, with no third-party service.

Hosting and transfers outside Québec

The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) needed for the security and proper operation of the service.

Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States) serves the site from a global network of data centres: these logs may therefore be processed outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States. Their retention period is set by Cloudflare, under its privacy policy.

If you write through the contact form, it sends your name (optional), your email address, your message and the language of the page. This information is used only to reply to you, and is then deleted. The form is run on Google Forms (Google LLC), which may host this information outside Québec.
